This past weekend we celebrated Easter with my family at my brother’s place in Switzerland. I didn’t want to bring too many chocolates and eggs, but I did want to bring a little something. So I dyed some last minute Easter eggs and bought a few chocolate eggs and bunnies. Since it was all very last minute (and I didn’t think about buying baskets or anything), I went through my crafting shelves and found some paper bags that I ended up using to put the eggs and chocolates in.
It is a really easy little DIY project that can also be used for other occasions. This is what you need:
- paper bags
- washi tape
- wooden pins
- letter stamps
- shredded paper or tissue paper for cushioning if needed
This is what they looked like:
Only Kathleen got an actual Easter basket 🙂
